Whitetail Deer Hunting in Oklahoma
Being a lifelong hunter, I (Wes Graham, Owner of Hook and Horn Outdoors est. 2016) have learned all the do's and don'ts of whitetail deer hunting in Oklahoma. We want everyone to experience an outdoor adventure they will never forget. I have learned from the best in the business, such as Steve Phelps with Illinois Trophy Bowhunters and his partner Brian Bergman. This has not only transformed me from hunter, to guide, and now running my own outfit; but also making sure that every whitetail deer hunter that hunts with H&H (Hook and Horn Outdoors) will receive the best service that offers the best opportunity for a trophy whitetail buck of a lifetime! I want to share my 30-year knowledge with others. Hook and Horn Outdoors accommodates all skill levels in the outdoors.
Due to our booking rate, we have limited availability. We strive to keep pressure low on our farms. If you are looking for a trophy whitetail adventure, I do have my Teepee farm in Southeast Oklahoma. This farm has standing corn and lots of wildlife such as trophy whitetail and trophy hogs. This beautiful farm runs along the Canadian river. The hunts are 5 days with lodging, meals, and guide. There will only be 2 whitetail hunters each week on these 460 acres. This allows you the best opportunity for a trophy whitetail buck. We already did all the work. You will just show up and hunt.
Oklahoma Hunting Property
Our Oklahoma hunting property is incredibly unique, offering all types of terrains. There are some huge bluffs running through the hunting property which makes the game use them as funnels to the planted crops. We strategically place our hunting stands off these trails to give you the best opportunity to take a trophy whitetail buck of your dreams. This property also has abundant hardwoods that keep the game on this property year-round. The farm also has lots of Canadian river frontage which brings in more game from other properties. The Teepee farm has it all.
Deer Hunting Schedule
Your deer hunting schedule will begin with some breakfast pastries and other goodies. You grab your lunch bags with snacks if you plan on spending your entire day in the woods. We accommodate everyone, even if you want to return early. Your deer hunting guide will take you to your stands that will suit your comfort and give you the best opportunity to take a trophy buck. When you go out for the afternoon deer hunt, we will be working on a hot meal for your return to the lodge at dark. Then you will enjoy your evening just relaxing around the lodge or hanging out around the campfire.
Hunting Lodge
The reason we call this farm the Teepee is because of our whitetail deer hunting lodge. The whitetail deer hunting lodge is located on the property and was designed for comfort and to be surrounded by wildlife while you are relaxing. This is a 2-bedroom lodge with queen size beds. There will be internet service out there as well. There is a huge spacious living room to rest in after a long day of whitetail deer hunting or you can step outside and sit around the campfire. We have a full kitchen that we will be preparing your meals in. We also have an archery range set up outside of the whitetail deer hunting lodge for your use. Your guide will take care of your game. We want you to sit back and relax.
Deer Hunting Gear List
Depending on what time of the season you book your whitetail hunt will determine the proper deer hunting gear you will need to bring. We provide stands, but don’t forget your safety harness. This is required for all our farms. We run safety lines for you to connect to. It is our priority to make sure you make it home to your family. Also don’t forget your bow hangers or shooting sticks. Bring a big cooler! You will need it to take home your game!
Early season October - bring light deer hunting gear as temperatures will still be a little warm. Also bring some light rain gear and rubber boots.
Mid-Season October to November - bring base layers for those cool mornings. This is the time of year when whitetail deer will move throughout the day and if you are going to do what it takes to take a trophy whitetail buck, then bring a backpack so you can take your lunch with you. Temperatures will range from low 40’s in the morning to upper 50’s to 60’s during the day. Don’t forget rain gear.
Late Season November to December - bring your heavy base layers and coats. The temperatures can get cool and windy this time of year. You should bring gloves on this whitetail deer hunt for temperatures that range from 20 to 50 degrees.

Our whitetail deer hunts only involve 2 hunters each week. Never the same farm the following week. We manage 2,200 scattered acres in Lincoln County and Hughes County to keep pressure low on our whitetail deer herds. This is a low fence trophy whitetail buck hunt with a minimum of 135" field score. Our deer hunting packages include lodging, food, stands, and exceptional guides. We strategically set up each stand for an opportunity to take a trophy whitetail buck. We want to make your whitetail dreams come true.
There are no trophy fees! If you harvest a whitetail buck under 130 inches there will be a $300 fee. If on the last day you harvest a whitetail buck and it's under 130 inches there will be a $500 dink fee.
If there is a non-hunting guest, there will be a $350 fee to accommodate them as well.
